On the Queens/Nassau border, co-owners Karen & Ivan Calle & Joseph
Villanti have made their dreams come true. After years of working
together in the Bronx they were able to bring their experience to this
area and do what they do best. Ivan is the Chef who mans the kitchen,
while Joseph & Karen manage the front.
They wanted a place that would be more than just a restaurant - more
like a place to have fun, and make memories. They wanted to give the
neighborhood good food, fair prices and the down-to-earth service that
it seemed to be lacking. They do everything from the heart here and
that's why their customers keep coming back.
Whether it be a light lunch, full dinner, delivery or catered event,
they do it with love. The restaurant features Live Music, Wine
Pairing Dinners, Tableside Magic & Psychic Tuesday's.
At Trattoria Lucia, the goal is to make people happy and dine in a
place that feels like home.
