Rich Marinara Sauce
Ingredients:
Whole Italian Plum Tomatoes
5 cloves of garlic slivered
Fresh basil
Fresh chopped parsley
Virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation:
Coat the bottom of pan with the virgin olive oil & warm on medium heat. When oil is hot enough, add garlic and sauté’ until crispy and brown in color. Add the plum tomatoes and cook over medium heat for about 2 hours. Stir sauce frequently while breaking up the tomatoes against the side of the pot. When sauce is almost done, add basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
