![]() Seafood Lucia (Our Signature Dish) Ingredients: Alaskan Crab legs cut into two inch pieces 1lb little neck clams 1lb cultivated mussels 1 cup scungilli 1 cup calamari 8 jumbo shrimp Virgin Olive oil Fresh Cloves Garlic Chopped Parsley Fresh Basil Salt and pepper to taste 1 lb. of your favorite pasta Preparation: While preparing seafood, boil pasta according to package directions. Heat olive oil in pan and sauté garlic till crispy and brown. Add crab legs, clams, calamari, scungilli and a touch of rich marinara sauce(Go to recipe archives for recipe). Cook on medium heat 5-6 minutes or until the clams open. Once the clams open, add the shrimp and mussels. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Pasta should be already cooked and drained. Take some of the sauce from seafood and toss with pasta. The final step is to arrange the seafood on top of the pasta, add a litte more of marinara sauce, and fresh basil leaves on top. Serve with crispy Italian bread and a fresh salad.
